Brian started his TV Presenting career when he was asked to present for his local TV station, County Focus, and this lead to him becoming a full time TV presenter, appearing on many TV channels including, BBC, Sky Sports and Horse & Country TV. Brian was also asked to Judge and train TV Presenter hopefuls for two series of Search for a Presenter in which the winners hosted their own six part TV series on the Sky TV Platform. One of Brian’s more exciting roles was presenting the wine show ‘Vinnapris’ which involved filming on location in France, Spain and Australia where he was seen flying 3000 feet over Melbourne in a hot air balloon whilst presenting a piece to camera on wine regions.

After nearly nine years of working in front of the camera Brian founded The TV Training Academy when he realised the need for high quality media training specific to TV Presenting. He designed the ‘TV Presenter Training Skills’ technique which has now helped hundreds of new and accomplished TV Presenters improve their on screen skills and achieve exceptional results. His training techniques bring a unique approach to learning and development where students are allowed to develop their skills and confidence whilst benefiting from Brian’s experience both in front of and behind the camera. The TV Training Academy runs courses from the renowned Pinewood Studios as well as other television and film studios across the UK as well as working with individual clients and companies such as Microsoft, Ostrich media, Hammond Media, Bio Control and Staples.

His method of training is also recognised by the academic world and Brian works regularly with MA students at London’s Goldsmiths University as well as the world famous Oxford Brookes.

Brian is also an experienced director working on numerous programmes including Location or Vacation, a series of The S&F Breakfast Show and his own production U Sell TV, as well as having written, produced and presented the hugely successful ‘How to become a TV Presenter’ DVD.

TV Presenter Training courses are run by Brian and his team of associate TV Presenters all of whom have been vetted by Brian to ensure our courses are of the highest quality possible.
